Job summary

The Collier Companies in Ocala, FL is seeking a Leasing Specialist who will be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, delivering exceptional service and guiding leasing decisions.

You will generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and close leases by showcasing community benefits and local amenities, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to occupancy goals in a fast-paced on-site office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leasing and/or customer service experience in retail, hospitality, housing or multi-family.
• Strong sales drive to exceed leasing requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Polished, professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced leasing office.
• College education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents & prospects.
• Lease apartment homes by creating relationships and showcasing the benefits of living at a The Collier Companies community.
• Always be closing – over the phone, through email and in person.
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email.
• Create & implement promotional programs, including online advertising, direct marketing, social media outreach and resident events.
• Maintain accurate resident files.
• Weekends required, as needed.
