Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound buyer leads and nurture relationships.
• Guide buyers through needs assessments, property tours, and open houses.
• Write and negotiate offers, manage transactions, and partner with escrow/title/lender.
• Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing coaching/script practice sessions.
