Job summary

Delta-T Group in Philadelphia is seeking a motivated BHT ABA with LIC RBT to join our behavioral-health team. You will operate as part of a skilled clinical support network.

Responsibilities include developing Treatment Plans, conducting assessments, training staff on TP implementation, and updating plans as client needs evolve. Schedule flexibility and weekly compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related human services field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Minimum one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral supports.
• Ability to train staff on TP implementation and revise plans based on behavioral changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Treatment Plans for individuals.
• Conduct assessments and provide training to direct support staff.
• Monitor and update Treatment Plans as behavioral needs evolve.
