Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is looking for a motivated professional to work as a Behavior Technician (BHT ABA) in the Philadelphia area. This role involves developing Treatment Plans and conducting assessments to meet the behavioral needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least one year of experience in this area. The position offers a flexible schedule, which may vary during weekdays and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience working with individuals having developmental disabilities.
• Ability to train staff and revise plans based on behavioral changes.
• Conduct assessments and develop Treatment Plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Treatment Plans for individuals.
• Provide training and consultation to direct support staff.
• Monitor and update Treatment Plans as needed.

Skills

Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities

Training staff on Treatment Plan (TP) implementation

Ongoing assessments

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related human services field
