Job summary

Delta-T Group in Philadelphia is seeking a motivated BHT ABA with LIC RBT to join our behavioral-health team. You will operate as part of a skilled clinical support network.

Responsibilities include developing Treatment Plans, conducting assessments, training staff on TP implementation, and updating plans as client needs evolve. Schedule flexibility and weekly compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related human services field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.

Full and Part schedules available - Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours as needed.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

The Behavior Technician (BT) is responsible for developing Treatment Plans (TP) for individuals. The BT will conduct assessments, develop and implement TPs, and provide training and ongoing consultation to direct support staff. Ongoing monitoring and updates to the TP will be required as the behavioral needs of the individuals evolve.
