Job summary

Delta-T Group in Philadelphia is seeking a motivated BHT ABA (Licensed RBT) to support clients in the local area. The Behavior Technician will develop Treatment Plans, conduct assessments, implement TP, and provide training and ongoing consultation to direct support staff.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

The Behavior Technician (BT) is responsible for developing Treatment Plans (TP) for individuals. The BT will conduct assessments, develop and implement TPs, and provide training and ongoing consultation to direct support staff. Ongoing monitoring and updates to the TP will be required as the behavioral needs of the individuals evolve.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• "Bachelor's degree in a related human services field, such as psychology, special education, social work, or counseling.
• "Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral supports.
