Delta-T Group is seeking a motivated professional to work as a BHT ABA in the Philadelphia area. The position offers a full schedule and part-time school-based options with flexible hours to fit residential and vocational sites.

Compensation is $23/hour for Associate's level and $25/hour for Bachelor's level, with weekly processing. The role involves developing TP, training staff, and ongoing plan monitoring, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related human services field.
• Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral supports.
• Ability to train staff on TP implementation, conduct ongoing assessments, and revise plans based on behavioral changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans (TP) for individuals.
• Conduct assessments and provide training and ongoing consultation to direct support staff.
• Monitor and update TP as behavioral needs evolve.
