Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Kent, WA. This full-time, direct-hire role offers a supportive therapy team, modern equipment, and opportunities to grow.

New grads welcome; strong communication and documentation skills are valued as you help patients regain independence under the supervision of a licensed PT.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current WA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• New grads and experienced PTAs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
