Job summary

Relient Health in Pasadena, TX is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) role. The PTA will support therapy services under a licensed PT, develop individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress using EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current TX license (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
