Relient Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in High Point, NC. The position offers a stable, team-oriented environment where you can grow your career and help patients regain independence.

You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff. New grads are welcome, and Relient Health provides licensure and continuing education support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current NC license (or eligibility to obtain).
• New grads and experienced PTAs welcome!
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
