Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Danvers, MA. This full-time direct-hire role offers a supportive, team-oriented environment with great pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• MA license or eligibility to obtain licensure in MA.
• New grads and experienced PTAs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
