Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ASPT program.
• Currently licensed in the applicable state and maintain active licensure.
• CPR certification required by hire or during orientation.
• New grads welcome; one year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow PT-directed treatment plans and document progress.
• Maintain patient records and therapy software.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Assist in patient mobility and safety during therapy.
• Uphold confidentiality and Life Care policies.
