Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a PTA to provide direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in skilled nursing facilities.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PT program, current state licensure, and CPR certification. New grads are welcome; one year of experience is preferred. Proficiency in Word/Excel and email is expected for planning and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (ASPT).

Responsibilities
