Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ mobility, strength, functional abilities, and rehab needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve movement, balance, coordination, and daily function.
• Review patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent care.
• Guide patients, families and staff on safe mobility and restoration techniques.
• Participate in care planning and staff education as needed.
