Henderson Health & Rehabilitation Center in Henderson, NC is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide flexible rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting. You will evaluate patients, design customized treatment plans, and work with a care team to promote mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina.
• Ability to assist patients with mobility and meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull during work activities.
• Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a cooperative, patient-focused team.
• Professionalism and adaptability in a healthcare environment.
