Job summary

Henderson Health & Rehabilitation Center in Henderson, NC seeks a qualified Physical Therapist for PRN, flexible scheduling to support rehabilitation goals and mobility improvement for residents. Qualifications

• Current, valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina.
• Ability to assist patients with mobility and meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull during work activities.
• Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a cooperative, patient-focused team.
• Professionalism and adaptability in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and identify each patient’s rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and deliver treatment approaches tailored to patients’ abilities and goals.
• Monitor patient response to therapy and update treatment strategies as appropriate.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
• Communicate with other care team members to coordinate services and promote continuity of care.

Looking for a flexible opportunity where you can make a difference in patients’ lives? Henderson Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide PRN rehabilitation services in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

In this role, you’ll help patients work toward improved movement, strength, and independence while collaborating with our healthcare team to support individualized care goals.
