Health Advocates Network in Soledad, CA is hiring a Psychiatric Technician with 1 year of recent behavioral health experience for a full-time contract role.

You will work Thursday through Monday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; start date January 26, 2026, for a 13-week term. Pay is $50 per hour under a W2 arrangement. This position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package included with the contract.

Health Advocates Network is hiring a Psychiatric Technician with 1 year of recent experience! This is a full-time contract position at Soledad, CA.

Pay Rate: $50

*W2

Shift: Thurs-Mon 2pm-10:30pm

Start Date: 1/26/2026

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Psychiatric Technician Qualification and Requirements:

• High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
• American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers
• 1+ years’ experience in behavioral health
• Previous customer service, cleaning, food service and/or patient related experience preferred.
• Additional certifications may be required.
