Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified mental health clinician to provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention services for adults and/or children in Pennsylvania. The role includes care coordination, discharge planning, and acting as a liaison with referral sources and funders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• Ability to remain patient and calm in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of community resources and appropriate referrals to community and governmental agencies.
• Understanding of clients’ psychosocial and medical needs to formulate an integrated, comprehensive treatment plan.
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), State of Pennsylvania.
• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), State of Pennsylvania.
• LSW (Licensed Social Worker), State of Pennsylvania.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–50 lbs.
• Frequent to continuous standing/walking; patient transporters may walk 8–10 miles per shift.
• Ability to perform role-specific activities including kneeling, bending, squatting, and CPR.
