Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a licensed mental health professional to evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans. You will maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week and deliver services through a mix of in-person and Telehealth sessions, under the guidance of the Clinical Director.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or related field and active LPC or LMFT licensure in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC) in Pennsylvania is required.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Preferred experience with children, adolescents, and teens.
• Preferred experience with couples and families.
• Creative and innovative approaches to mental health.
• Ability to maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans
• Complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
• Provide excellent customer service for clients
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
• Work under the general direction of the Clinical Director
• Provide services through a combination of in-person and Telehealth sessions
