Job summary

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active LPC license in Pennsylvania.
  • Master's degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience documenting DA's, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation according to company policy
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in the community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training
  • Work under the general direction of the Clinical Director
  • Provide individual, group, and play therapy as appropriate
  • Participate in a flexible combination of in-person and Telehealth care

Job description

  • Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients

  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
  • Work under the general direction of the Clinical Director
  • Provide individual, group, and play therapy as appropriate
  • Participate in a flexible combination of in-person and Telehealth care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Must already be a licensed mental health professional (LPC) in Pennsylvania
  • Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Ability to maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
  • Ability to provide different types of therapy, including individual, group, and play therapy
  • Preferred: creative and innovative approaches to mental health
  • Preferred: experience with children, adolescents, and teens
  • Preferred: experience with couples and families
