Job summary

Gorman & Company in Dillon, CO is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, lease administration, and compliance for an affordable housing portfolio. You will work closely with the Property Manager, conduct tours, process applications and renewals, and foster strong resident relationships.

The role emphasizes customer service, compliance with housing laws, and collaborative teamwork in a resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of leasing, property management, or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with affordable/workforce housing programs and compliance preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations with the Property Manager.
• Lease apartments in compliance with housing laws.
• Conduct tours, manage applications, leases, renewals, and resident follow-up.
• Build relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and partners.
• Assist with compliance paperwork and annual certifications.
• Manage rent collection, notices, service requests, and admin tasks.
• Assist budgeting, invoice coding, and vendor coordination.
• Assist move-ins/outs and court-related documentation as needed.
