Responsibilities

• Lead and develop on-site leasing, maintenance, and admin teams to achieve performance goals.
• Own occupancy, renewals, service levels, and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor financials, budgets, and performance reports.
• Hold weekly/monthly operating rhythm in line with Hudson Grove Way.
• Ensure leasing execution, vacancy coordination, and owner reporting.
