Higher Heights Home Care Inc is seeking a Licensed Professional (LP) for their Level III Group Home program in Wilson, NC. This part-time/full-time position involves providing clinical oversight and therapeutic services to residents and staff, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and offering training and consultation to staff. Qualifications

• Active NC license: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPA, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent.
• Experience with MH/IDD population preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain compliance with required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic services.
• Review and support the development of Person-Centered Plans.
• Offer staff training and clinical consultation.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Ensure compliance with NC Medicaid and state licensure requirements.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary providers.
