Job summary

Higher Heights Home Care Inc in Wilson, NC is seeking a Licensed Professional (LP) to provide clinical oversight, therapeutic services, and support for residents and staff in a Level III Group Home program. This part-time/full-time role focuses on residents with MH/IDD needs and dedication to meaningful outcomes.

The LP will conduct assessments, guide care planning, and ensure compliance with state licensure and Medicaid requirements while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active NC license in one of: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPA, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent.
• Experience with MH/IDD population preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Able to pass background checks and required trainings.
