Protouch Staffing seeks an Intensive In-Home Team Lead (LCSWA/LCSW/LCMHC-A/LCMHC) in the Goldsboro/Wilson, NC area. The role is full-time with a starting salary of $55,000/year, offering hybrid and community-based work.

The candidate will lead clinical services for children, adolescents, and families, coordinating care, assessments, therapy, and family-focused supports while ensuring compliance with state licensing and Medicaid requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active North Carolina behavioral health license or eligibility (LCSWA, LCSW, LCMHC-A, LCMHC, or NC provisional/independent licenses).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with mental health and/or substance use populations.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in community-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and ongoing client reassessments.
• Provide individual, family, and therapeutic interventions in home and community settings.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Person-Centered Plans and treatment goals.
• Coordinate care with schools, healthcare providers, community agencies, and support systems.
• Facilitate Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings.
• Provide psychoeducation, skill-building, and behavioral health support.
• Assist with crisis intervention, stabilization, and safety planning.
• Complete clinical documentation, referrals, discharge planning, and required reports.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches as needed.
• Maintain compliance with Medicaid, state, and agency requirements.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and required trainings.
