Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compassionate and ethical individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. This may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, or other evidence-based techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and measurable outcomes for clients, ensuring their mental health needs are thoroughly addressed.
• Facilitate client insights into their emotions, experiences, and relationships, encouraging self-exploration and personal growth.
• Continuously monitor client progress throughout the treatment journey and adapt strategies as necessary to support the development of healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will come from diverse backgrounds and may be dealing with an array of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado, allowing for independent practice.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a sympathetic nature, emphasizing empathy and understanding in client interactions.
• Proficiency with technology; experience using virtual counseling platforms, maintaining electronic health records (EHR), and leveraging telehealth tools.
