Job summary

Work with Willow is a thriving family-owned private practice in St. Pete, Tampa, and Sarasota seeking licensed therapists to see clients and impact lives without the grind of practice management.

We offer a steady caseload, private pay clients, a beautiful private office, and a hybrid schedule (in-office 3–4 days/week plus up to 20% telehealth). A 4-day week option is available, with a supportive environment and no micromanagement.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Florida: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Full-time caseload of ~20 clients/week (more if you want).
• Independent contractor 1099 role; you set your hours, we fill your schedule.

Responsibilities

• See clients and make an impact within a full-time caseload (~20 clients/week).
• Autonomy with support from the team.
• Operate as an independent contractor while collaborating with a private practice.
