Job summary

Work with Willow in Tampa, FL is seeking fully licensed therapists experienced in couples therapy for an independent contractor role. You’ll enjoy a predictable income with a steady caseload and a private-pay practice, while setting your own hours and benefiting from a supportive environment.

The role features a hybrid schedule with in-office 3–4 days per week and up to 20% telehealth from home, plus a possible 4-day work week option.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Florida: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Caseload of 15–25 client sessions per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide couples therapy to clients in a private-pay private practice setting.
• Work independently with provided support and autonomy.
• Manage your own schedule while collaborating with the team as needed.

Work with Willow is working with a thriving family owned private practice in Tampa looking for fully licensed therapists experienced providing with couples therapy.

What we’re looking for:

This is an independent contractor 1099 role (Health insurance is NOT provided). You set your hours, we fill your schedule.
