This independent contractor role is full-time, with a hybrid schedule that includes in-office 3–4 days per week plus up to 20% telehealth from home, and a 4-day work week option if desired.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Florida: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Ready to take on a full-time caseload of ~20 clients per week.
• Team-oriented but independent with autonomy and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to a steady caseload in private practice.
• Set and manage your own hours as an independent contractor.
• Utilize a hybrid in-office (3–4 days/week) and telehealth schedule.
• Deliver high-quality care with a focus on client outcomes.
