Work with Willow offers licensed therapists a thriving private practice opportunity in St. Pete, Tampa, and Sarasota, with a steady caseload and private-pay clients. You’ll work in a modern office, enjoying autonomy while receiving strong support and a predictable income.

This independent contractor role is full-time, with a hybrid schedule that includes in-office 3–4 days per week plus up to 20% telehealth from home, and a 4-day work week option if desired.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Florida: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Ready to take on a full-time caseload of ~20 clients per week.
• Team-oriented but independent with autonomy and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to a steady caseload in private practice.
• Set and manage your own hours as an independent contractor.
• Utilize a hybrid in-office (3–4 days/week) and telehealth schedule.

Work with Willow is working with a thriving family owned private practice in St. Pete, Tampa, and Sarasota looking for fully licensed therapists who want to actually do the work they love by seeing clients and making an impact without the constant grind of managing multiple platforms.
