Job summary

Work with Willow is seeking licensed therapists in Indiana to join a thriving private practice offering a hybrid in-person and telehealth model. The role emphasizes serving a full-time caseload (around 25 clients per week) or flexible part-time options, with admin support for scheduling and billing.

The organization pays $54–$58 per hour and provides health insurance, PTO, and professional development opportunities. This is a W2 hourly role with a supportive, burnout-free environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Indiana as LMHC or LCSW.
• Available for full-time caseload (~25 clients/week) or part-time.
• Interest in eating disorders specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to clients in a hybrid in-person/telehealth setting.
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical notes and documentation.
