Job summary

Mercy is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care under supervision of licensed clinicians. You will use the nursing process, coordinate with other departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and assume accountability for the care of assigned patients.

This 24 hours per week position supports Mercy’s team with unit-specific certifications (BLS required within 30 days; ACLS/PALS may be needed) and offers benefits such as medical/dental/vision, paid

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (or equivalent experience with licensure).
• Licensure: Current LPN license in the state of practice; must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) - required within 30 days of hire; ACLS/PALS/PEARS/S.T.A.B.L.E./IV Certification may be required within 1 year.
