Mercy Rehab Hospital in Springfield, MO is seeking a Full Time LPN to administer patient care under the supervision of licensed professionals and coordinate with other departments. The role requires maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, with emphasis on nursing process and accountability.
Eligible candidates should be graduates of an accredited practical nursing program and maintain an active LPN license in Missouri.

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of person(s) licensed by a State regulatory board to prescribe medication and treatment, or under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
