Job summary

Mercy in Fort Smith, AR is hiring a part-time LPN (24 hours per week). You will use the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision, coordinate with other departments, and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, current LPN licensure in the state, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days; additional certifications may be required within 1 year.

Position Details:

Part Time: 24 hours per week

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (or equivalent experience with licensure).

• Licensure: Current LPN license in the state of practice; must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.

• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – required within 30 days of hire.

  • Additional certifications may be required based on unit (ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., IV Certification within 1 year).
