Ascension in Bartlesville, OK is seeking an LPN to support Med Surg with full-time day shifts. You will deliver patient-centered care, perform assessments, administer meds, and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic services to promote recovery. You will also educate families to help them manage care at home after discharge.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, teamwork, and adherence to licensure requirements while supporting a Catholic health system dedicated to service and growth.

Competenze

• BLS within 1 month of hire date; AHA or ARC acceptable.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed in Oklahoma.
• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of related experience.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
