Job summary

Ascension Living in Racine, WI seeks an experienced LPN for evenings and nights in the Lakeshore at Siena Skilled Nursing department. You will administer medications, monitor patient status, and support therapeutic treatments for residents with complex care needs.

You will educate families, advocate for patients, and help maintain a safe, compliant environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPN license required for hire and practice.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 1 month of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent; professional licensure may substitute education or experience.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date, required.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
