Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC seeks a self-directed professional to oversee all aspects of resident care and ensure continuous delivery of services in a facility environment. The role requires interaction with families and multiple departments to provide comprehensive, person-centered care.

Ideal candidates will have a Florida license, flexibility in scheduling, and experience in dementia, respiratory, post-operative, dialysis, wound care, and end-of-life care within a sub-acute or long-term care

Qualifications

• Must have a current license in Florida.
• Schedule flexibility required.
• Experience in dementia, respiratory, post-operative, dialysis, wound care and end-of-life care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of resident care and ensure continued delivery of service.
• Interact with families and other departments to ensure person-centered care.
• Manage Sub-Acute Rehab and Long Term Care.
• Open position with 7am–7pm scheduled rotation. All shifts available PRN.

This position requires a self-directed, responsible individual who will oversee all aspects of resident care and assure continued delivery of service.

Responsibilities and Duties

• As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.
• Interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position
• Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care
• OPEN POSITION- 7am - 7 PM scheduled rotation
• All shifts available PRN

• Current license in Florida
• Qualified candidates would be required to be flexible in their schedule
