Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services seeks a self-directed, responsible individual to oversee all aspects of resident care and assure continued delivery of service.

Responsibilities include critical thinking, team oversight, and coordinating with families and departments (Therapy, Dietary, Social Work) to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care. Sub-Acute Rehab and Long Term Care are involved, with a 7am–7pm rotation and PRN shifts.

Qualifications

• Oversee resident care and service delivery.
• Coordinate with Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure person-centered care.
• Experience with Sub-Acute Rehab and Long Term Care is relevant.
• Flexible schedule and on-site availability for rotation shifts.

• As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.

• Interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position

• Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care

• OPEN POSITION- 7am - 7 PM scheduled rotation

• All shifts available PRN

Qualifications and Skills

• Current license in Florida

• Qualified candidates would be required to be flexible in their schedule

• Compassionate individuals

• Candidates with experience in dementia care, respiratory care, post operative care, dialysis care, wound care and end of life care will find satisfaction in working in this facility.
