Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services seeks a self-directed resident care supervisor to oversee care delivery in Sub-Acute Rehab and Long Term Care. You will coordinate with Therapy, Dietary, Social Work, and families to ensure person-centered care that respects dignity and safety.

Flexibility across shifts is essential, and experience in dementia, respiratory, postoperative, wound and end-of-life care is valued. This role focuses on compassionate leadership and high-quality resident well-being.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.
• Interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position
• Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care
• All shifts available
