Job summary

Park Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a self-directed supervisor to oversee all aspects of resident care and ensure the continued delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities and Duties

• As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.
• Interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position
• Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care
• All shifts available

Qualifications and Skills

• Current license in NC/FL/NY
• Minimum one year experience
• Qualified candidates would be required to be flexible in their schedule
