Job description

Licensed Practical Nurse/PRN needed for organization providing services for people in mental health or substance abuse crisis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: participating in assessments, recording medical history, taking vitals, conducting urinalysis testing, completing required documentation; supporting other members of the team who are involved in assessment process.

Position is PRN, providing coverage as needed for full-time LPN. Orientation provided. Possible hours for needed coverage; Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Location is located in Chesterfield, Virginia. Must be available to work on-site.
