Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN/LVN in Kentucky to provide skilled nursing care on assignment, following prescribed orders and nursing process.

On each assignment, you will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, monitor changes, and document findings. Valid LPN/LVN license in Kentucky and current TB/Chest X-ray and BLS are required; one year of experience preferred. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN currently in Kentucky
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current
• BLS certification current
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
