Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN/LVN to deliver skilled nursing care on assignments in Morristown, TN. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to orders.

Licensed LPN/LVN in TN with current TB/Chest X-Ray and BLS are required; this role offers competitive pay and comprehensive Maxim benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k), and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
