Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide skilled nursing services across assignments in Kentucky. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per orders, and monitor physiologic and psychosocial changes while documenting findings.

Eligible candidates should hold an active LPN/LVN license, current TB/X-ray, and BLS. Prior nursing experience is preferred; Maxim offers competitive pay, benefits, and weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.

• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.

Hourly Pay: $28 - $35 / per hour
