Job summary

Domnovate Healthcare in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse for a local contract on-site assignment. You will perform nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within RN/LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient status and coordinate with the care team.

The schedule lists 6:00 PM–6:30 AM shifts with a 30-minute meal, a 36-hour weekly guarantee, and days Sun, Fri, Sat; start November 13, 2026 and end January 8, 2027,

Our Client is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse for a local contract opportunity in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Bring attentive clinical observations, dependable communication and respectful care to a collaborative care team. Help people receive safe, individualized support while keeping the team informed of changing needs.

Your contribution

Provide nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within RN scope and the care plan. Administer medications and treatments as authorized, monitor clinical changes, coordinate with providers and the care team, support safe transitions and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

This opening may be filled by an RN or LPN. Assigned responsibilities follow the selected clinician’s license; LPN practice remains within practical nursing scope and required supervision.

Follow professional standards, care plans and safety procedures. Communicate clearly with colleagues, patients and families, keep documentation timely and accurate, and contribute to a consistent, person-centered approach. Clinical work, unit details, caseload and team arrangements will be reviewed during hiring.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.
• Source shift window is 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, with a 30-minute meal period. Final workdays and complete work pattern confirmed before offer.
• The source lists a 36-hour weekly guarantee, subject to attendance and assignment terms. Confirm actual worked and paid hours before offer.
• Source-listed days: Sun, Fri, Sat.
• Source start date is November 13, 2026; the actual start will be confirmed before offer.
• Current source end date is January 8, 2027. Start date and remaining duration confirmed before offer.
• Overtime is not guaranteed; client approval and final schedule must be confirmed.

What you bring

• Current New Mexico LPN or RN license or certification appropriate to the selected role, with required credentials completed before practice.
• Appropriate accredited education and qualifications for the discipline, and ability to provide care within your licensed or certified scope.
• Careful observations, clear communication and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to complete applicable screening, credential, orientation and client requirements.
