Our Client is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a local contract opportunity in Keene, New Hampshire. Bring attentive clinical observations, dependable communication and respectful care to a collaborative care team. Help people receive safe, individualized support while keeping the team informed of changing needs.

Your contribution

Provide practical nursing care within authorized scope and care plans. Monitor patient needs, administer medications and treatments as authorized, communicate changes to the RN or provider, support safe care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Follow professional standards, care plans and safety procedures. Communicate clearly with colleagues, patients and families, keep documentation timely and accurate, and contribute to a consistent, person-centered approach. Clinical work, unit details, caseload and team arrangements will be reviewed during hiring.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.
• Source shift window is 3:00 PM-11:30 PM, with a 30-minute meal period. Final workdays and complete work pattern confirmed before offer.
• The source lists a 40-hour weekly guarantee, subject to attendance and assignment terms. Confirm actual worked and paid hours before offer.
• Current source end date is October 29, 2026. Start date and remaining duration confirmed before offer.
• The source lists an alternating two-week pattern: week 1 Sunday day shift and Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings; week 2 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings plus a Saturday 7 AM-11:30 PM shift. Confirm exact meals, paid hours and the final pattern before offer.
• Overtime is not guaranteed; client approval and final schedule must be confirmed.

What you bring

• Current New Hampshire LPN license or certification appropriate to the selected role, with required credentials completed before practice.
• Appropriate accredited education and qualifications for the discipline, and ability to provide care within your licensed or certified scope.
• Careful observations, clear communication and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to complete applicable screening, credential, orientation and client requirements.
