Total Compensation: $22.50–$23.45/hour*

Our Client is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a local contract opportunity in Silver City, New Mexico. Bring attentive clinical observations, dependable communication and respectful care to a collaborative care team. Help people receive safe, individualized support while keeping the team informed of changing needs.

Your contribution

Provide practical nursing care within authorized scope and care plans. Monitor patient needs, administer medications and treatments as authorized, communicate changes to the RN or provider, support safe care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Communicate clearly with colleagues, patients and families, keep documentation timely and accurate, and contribute to a consistent, person-centered approach. Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.
• Source shift window is 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, with a 30-minute meal period. Final workdays and complete work pattern confirmed before offer.
• The source lists a 36-hour weekly guarantee, subject to attendance and assignment terms. Confirm actual worked and paid hours before offer.
• Source start date is November 23, 2026; the actual start will be confirmed before offer.
• Current source end date is February 15, 2027. Start date and remaining duration confirmed before offer.
• Every other weekend and a rotating schedule are source-listed; final work pattern confirmed before offer.
• Overtime is not guaranteed; client approval and final schedule must be confirmed.
