Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Weekend Warrior Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. This full-time weekend role offers flexible 16-hour or 12-hour shift options and the chance to supervise weekend staff.

You'll provide leadership, oversee nursing operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and participate in admissions, discharges, and care coordination within a supportive, Great Place to Work Certified environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide direction to the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations throughout the weekend.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with their individualized plans of care.
• Supervise, support, and provide guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Perform resident assessments and assist with medications, treatments, and documentation as needed.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Serve as a clinical resource and point of support for the weekend nursing team.

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse RN Weekend Warrior Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team.

This full-time Weekend Warrior position offers nurses the flexibility to choose between 16-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday or 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

In addition to a consistent weekend schedule, this position includes Additional Weekend Warrior Pay and a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus.
