Job summary

Transitions Healthcare North Huntingdon is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of caregivers.

We offer a weekend Baylor program with two 16-hour shifts (3pm-7am or 7am-11pm) and full-time weekly pay, plus on-demand payment options and a sign-on bonus for full-time hires. Our teams provide compassionate, skilled care and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program.
• Valid LPN license in PA.
• Weekend Baylor shifts available.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibility Highlights include:

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and report adverse reactions to medications or treatments
• Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately
• Report the condition of a patient back to RNs (Registered Nurses) and doctors
• Communicate openly and effectively with patients and families, while demonstrating compassion and friendly behavior

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program
• Must have a valid LPN license in PA
