Job summary

Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Weekend Baylor Program team! As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care under supervision and work weekends with flexible scheduling options.

The Weekend Baylor Program features 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am or 7am-7pm) and an increased hourly pay rate, with a strong focus on resident well-being and teamwork. Competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Prior healthcare experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN or physician
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
